The Student Health Center is conveniently located behind the bookstore, adjacent to Mayo Hall. In addition, a 24-hour nurse advice line is available after hours by calling our main number, (707) 654-1170.

Whether on campus or at sea, certain illnesses, injuries, or conditions may require hospitalization or specialized care beyond our scope of services. In these cases, students will be referred to local medical providers, and the use of personal health insurance will be essential.

Counseling and Psychological Services

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), part of Student Health Services, provides in person and virtual services that are confidential, free of charge and are not a barrier to licensure. We help students experiencing a range of concerns, including personal, academic, interpersonal/relationship, family, social and other psychological difficulties.

Schedule your first appointment online through the or at the Student Health Center (707) 654-1170.
